Cancellation Policy

No charge for cancellations up to 48 hours of arrival time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival time will be charged equal to 1 night stay. To ensure cancellation of reservation or modifications to reservation, you must call the hotel directly. No show reservations will be charged for full guaranteed amount of reservation.

 

Smoking

We are a non-smoking / e-vaping property. Guests who violate the policy and smoke in premises are subject to a minimum $400.00 charge for returning the room to smoke-free status and agree to being charged by accepting this policy.

 

 

Parking

Free street parking in front of the hotel and in the parking lot right across the street.

We offer daily, weekly, monthly rates. Rates are subject to change based on availability and season
